Kansas City is famous for its BBQ, often called Kansas City–style barbecue. It’s known for being sweet and tangy. On this page, I’ll share some of my favorite spots that I think are among the best in the city.
Below is an image of one of my favorite BBQ sandwiches in KC from KC Joe’s. The Z-Man is a sandwich that features sliced smoked brisket, smoked provolone cheese, a couple of onion rings, and a bit of barbecue sauce, all on a Kaiser roll.
